Initial Phone Consultation - Free
Every client is entitled to a free 15-minute phone call to briefly check in on interest in services, navigate availability and costs, and get to know the therapist to establish a good fit. Feel free to schedule, I look forward to talking to you!
Assessment & Treatment Plan
All clients first start their therapy journey with a 90-minute session to complete a biopsychosocial assessment. In this appointment we do a big picture overview together to understand your emotional, mental, and physical health, the support systems that bolster you, and what goals you hope to achieve through the counseling process.
Assessment & Treatment Plan - $200 for a 90-minute appointment

Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is a counseling appointment with only one person in the room. This can be with a child, a teen, or an adult, who is the identified client.
Individual Therapy - $150 per hour

Family Therapy
Family Therapy consists of counseling appointments where the focus is on goals that have been created by the family, for the family. These sessions will include family members present, sometimes with the identified client, sometimes without. The session format would be discussed in advance so that everyone feels aware and comfortable of the process.
Family Therapy - $175 per hour

Couple's Therapy
Couples Therapy consists of counseling appointments where the focus is on the couple’s relationship and goals for the partnership. This can look like both partners present in session, or each meeting with me individually as we work toward the goals aligned by the couple in the couple’s shared treatment plan.
Couples Therapy - $175 per hour
