For Therapy Services:

• Sundays 12pm-6pm

• Mondays 12pm-7pm

• Tuesdays 12pm-7pm

• Wednesdays 12pm-4pm *Virtual Only*

• Thursdays 3pm-6pm *Virtual Only*

Sundays through Tuesdays, appointments are available in person or via telehealth virtual therapy. Wednesdays and Thursdays, appointments are available for telehealth virtual therapy only.

Telehealth can be a great option to reach your behavioral health goals if you have access to a reliable, private internet and have a device that can accept video play options. Telehealth sessions will require video and audio capabilities, and emergency protocol will be reviewed at the beginning of each of our sessions. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have!
